Job Description
This role is responsible for driving DTC e-commerce performance and delivering a seamless customer experience across the brand.com journey. Requires a data-driven professional who can leverage CRM insights to boost customer engagement and manage owned media channels effectively.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate product representations, efficient inventory management, and a seamless e-commerce experience that drives revenue growth.
Job Responsibility
Sales & Performance Management: Take ownership of e-commerce sales targets, developing and executing operational strategies, promotional campaigns, and site merchandising to drive revenue and conversion rates on the official website. Identify opportunities for improvement in e-commerce processes and analyze website traffic data to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, increasing average order value.
Customer Engagement: Independently or collaboratively conduct CRM data analysis. Develop and implement member lifecycle strategies and targeted campaigns to drive customer activation, retention, and lifetime value. Manage and optimize owned media channels, specifically the LINE Official Account, utilizing it as a key driver for sales conversion and member engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or equivalent.
- Work Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in operating and managing a retail brand's official e-commerce website .
- Proven track record of driving e-commerce sales performance and achieving revenue targets.
- Practical experience with data analysis and activation that improved customer activity and retention.
Preferred Skills
- Strong commercial mindset with proven ability to execute e-commerce growth levers and turn insights into executable plans.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills; ability to influence stakeholders with data-driven recommendations.
- CRM & Data Analysis (segmentation, campaign measurement, funnel/KPI reporting).
- Hands-on experience with 91APP / Line Gift platform.
