Role Summary

Develops procedures/standards for communication with assigned clients, which are generally complex or specialized and large in size, to meet or exceed their operational, administrative, and compliance needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Develops and executes service strategy for clients, consults with assigned clients to maintain a positive relationship, and proactively uncovers ways to improve the daily operations of the plan.
  • Leads and independently conducts complex or specialized activities relating to the administering of the client's plan. Provides work oversight and directs the work of internal business partners to resolve issues and service the client.
  • Leads and independently conducts complex or specialized activities relating to the administering of the client's plan. Provides work oversight and directs the work of internal business partners to resolve issues and service the client.
  • Serves as an escalation point for complex or specialized client issues; coordinates resolution of complex client issues across multiple business units. May research issues or direct others in doing so.
  • Works directly with internal business partners and clients to ensure adoption of new products, platforms, and services. Helps drive product enhancement based on client feedback.
  • Travels and presents at client sales and rebid meetings. Consults with internal partners on best practices and service value to position to win.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND
  • 5+ years of total relevant work experience

FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.

Work Flexibility

This role is eligible for full time remote work.

Regional Requirements:

Base salary range:

$83,000 - $141,000 USD for the locations of: Colorado and the State of Washington

$103,500 - $177,000 USD for the locations of: California and New York

Placement within the range provided above is based on the individual’s relevant experience and skills for the role. Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon company and individual performance.
