Summary:
As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with business processes and meet specific application requirements. This role requires a thoughtful approach to understanding organizational needs and translating them into functional software solutions. The developer collaborates with various stakeholders to ensure the applications are tailored effectively, supporting seamless business operations and enhancing overall efficiency. The workday is dynamic, involving problem-solving, continuous improvement, and adapting applications to evolving business demands.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to improve application development processes.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of junior team members.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of application features with business goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Ariba.
- Strong experience in application design and configuration within enterprise environments.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect SAP Ariba with other enterprise systems.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to maintain optimal performance.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Ariba.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
