We are currently looking for a Senior Planner, Aftersales Dealer Performance to join our team in Nissan Aftersales.

This position supports the Aftersales Dealer Performance team to provide data analytics and reporting. Reports directly to Manager, Aftersales Dealer Performance to drive incremental revenue for Nissan and dealers.

Job functions include but are not limited to:

• Assists in development, maintenance and management of reporting, analytics, dashboards, and other Business Intelligence solutions primarily using Python, SQL, Business objects, Snowflake, and Tableau. 
• Provides recommendations based on data analysis
• Serves as business program manager for data integration projects, including data delivery and UAT validation efforts.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and awareness including Nissan Digital, Business Intelligence, Accessories, and others. 
• Generates bulletins and submits eDecisions for Aftersales Dealer Performance programs as requested

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of directly related experience in automotive with experience specifically in Aftersales, Data Science, Data Analytics, or Business Intelligence.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, data science, data analytics, or related fields. Consider equivalent work experience, related college or technical courses, seminars, and in-house classroom training.
• Tools: SQL & Tableau mandatory
• Desirable: Snowflake, Python, Business Objects
• Advanced English
