This job acts as a company ambassador and primary point of contact for local, regional, and national career events and system-wide internal recruitment events. Assists with creating marketing campaigns, utilizing various databases to track attendance and lead generation and tracking and analyzing event success. Serves as a lead, supporting the onboarding of new team members within the Outreach and Talent Acquisition divisions. Provides training opportunities for current team members and shares best practices with colleagues. Responsible for analytics and reporting on scheduled basis, including weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. Maintains career collateral and may assist alongside the Campus Recruitment Specialists to plan and attend meetings and events with career services offices, students and organizations, faculty, candidates, and other appropriate groups at target universities focused on RN, Allied Health & other clinical areas as necessary. Works directly with the HR Marketing Team to assist with planning, organizing and executing clinical and non-clinical recruiting events including presentations/lectures, career fairs, networking events, and interviews. Builds and maintains the TAP Department Ambassadors team & serves as their point of contact for all relevant events. Fosters and maintains meaningful, high-touch relationships with key organizations for conferences, TAP Department Ambassadors, career services offices and faculty.

Education

Required – Associate’s degree

Work Experience

Required – 3 years of experience working in campus recruitment and university relations

Certifications

Preferred- Certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR), Certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Certified Health Care Recruiter (CHCR), ORMCP

Knowledge Skills and Abilities (KSAs)

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present information clearly and professionally to varying levels of individuals throughout the patient care process.

  • Must be proficient with Windows-style applications, various software packages specific to role and keyboard.

  • Strong interpersonal skills.

Job Duties

  • Acts as a company ambassador and primary point of contact for local, regional, and national career events and system-wide internal recruitment events.

  • Works with HR Marketing Team to assist with planning, organizing and executing clinical and non-clinical recruiting events including presentations/lectures, career fairs, networking events, and interviews.

  • Works with HR Marketing team and Analytics Specialist to track and provide applicable metrics and analysis of recruiting activities to HR Marketing team/Leadership team.

  • Onboards and trains new team members, and functions as a subject matter expert on outreach best practices.

  • Responsible for analytics and data collection of Outreach work and deploys scheduled reports needed for leadership.

  • Establishes and maintains the TAP Department Ambassadors team & serves as their point of contact for all relevant events.

  • Fosters and maintains meaningful, high-touch relationships with key organizations for conferences, TAP Department Ambassadors, career services offices and faculty including site visits, office tours, and recurring meetings.

  • Assumes ownership of events to include registration, coordinating TA Department Ambassador attendance, travel & participation at the event, event ROI tracking, and follow-up event marketing to create leads for company recruiters.

  • Other related duties as required.
