The Manager, Workforce Strategy, analyzes workforce management practices and strategies to ensure resources are allocated efficiently to meet operational demands. This involves developing and implementing strategies that align with operational goals, using data analysis to predict workforce trends and challenges, and making data-driven decisions.
This role collaborates with field leadership and cross-functional partners to ensure a cohesive approach to workforce management, continuously seeking improvements in processes and practices. It serves as a subject matter expert on field staffing, workforce management technology and operational best practices.
The Manager, Workforce Strategy engages with industry networks, stays current with industry trends, best practices and technologies. They support workforce management related initiatives.
