Job Description

Job Summary

The Account Manager I, Physician & Leadership is responsible for owning the search process and making sure all details and expectations that have been established within the program design plans are being met and/or exceeded. This position will meet on site with the sales lead and solution Architect to build a relationship with the hiring supervisor and establish a sound understanding of all program expectations. The Account Manager will be the primary contact for the client regarding all program related details. This role will work closely with their recruiting partners and key responsibilities include Client Program Updates (based on established timing and cadence), final screening of qualified candidates, and candidate presentations to the client.


Job Responsibilities

  • Helps set expectations with client regarding account and outcomes.
  • Guides and consults clients on best practices.
  • Owns and manages the search process.
  • Owns the final qualification of candidates provided by recruiters (may include interviewing candidates).
  • Communicates efficiently with Recruiting Team through weekly huddle (update on candidate status).
  • Commits to communicating any candidate status changes to recruiter within 24-hrs.
  • Reporting (weekly activity report to client; QBR- rotate virtual & in-person).
  • Owns responsibility for account success.
  • Reports Activity to Sales Partner.

 

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree | Preferred

 

Minimum Work Experience

  • 3+ Years in client-facing role
  • 3+ years in Sales or Account Management.

  • Must possess a strong understanding of project management expectations
  • Experience managing both clients and candidates throughout the search process
  • Able to handle sensitive information and confidential situations on occasion.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, multi-task, and accomplish work in order of priority.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build a rapport with people on all levels.

Pay Rate

$19.50 - $24.25 Hourly

Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.

This position may include additional compensation such as bonus or commission.  Please ask your recruiter for more information.
