As the Cyber Security Information Assurance Technician Level II you will be responsible for the Information Assurance program of Information Systems within the network environment. You will fill the role of Information System Security Officer and perform a variety of security related tasks, including the development and implementation of system information security standards and procedures and ensure that information systems are functional and secure within the environment at Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD.


What You’ll Get to Do:

  • Provide direct support to C5ISR PM IS&A to enable Risk Management workflow support.  This role would be directed to scope and create the Risk Management Framework (RMF) Body of Evidence (BoE) and develop the authoritative record in the Enterprise Mission Assurance Support System (eMASS). 

  • Will be able to leverage processes and eMASS records from other IS&A environments in order to build out a new packages.  It is expected that this individual will have expert knowledge in RMF and direct hands on experience administering complex eMASS records. 

  • Will have demonstrated experience developing RMF packages for cloud architectures and is familiar with complex inheritance models intrinsic to complex multi-tenant architectures.


You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • An active DoD TS/SCI Clearance

  • BA/BS with 8-15 yrs experience (OR) Associates degree plus 4yrs experience to the base 8-15 yrs requirement. Associate Degree plus 4yrs is the equivalent of a Bachelor’s degree. No degree plus 6yrs experience to the base 8-15 yrs requirement. 6yrs experience is the equivalent of a Bachelor’s degree.

  • Extensive knowledge of the Certification and Accreditation (C&A) and NIST RMF processes.

  • EMASS experience.

  • Operational experience in SIGINT · Understanding of Army baselines.
  • Must currently be DoD 8570 Compliant IAW IAT Level II.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$90,300 - 189,600 USD
