Summary: As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve utilizing standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while maintaining compatibility and performance across various systems. You will engage with cross-functional teams to address challenges and implement enhancements that drive efficiency and effectiveness in application performance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor application performance and implement necessary adjustments to optimize functionality. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Pre-sales Solutioning, Requirement Analysis, Proposal/RFP Management, Solution Design, Client & Stakeholder Management, Business Case Development, Costing/Pricing, and Strong Communication & presentation Skills. - Good To Have Skills: Bid Management, Market Research, Competitive Analysis, RFP, RFI, Proposal Building - Strong understanding of web development frameworks and technologies. - Experience with API integration and management. - Proficient in low-code development platforms. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues efficiently. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Web Application Development. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
