What You’ll Do
The Senior Associate, Corporate Secretary Paralegal will work with the Office of the Corporate Secretary of the OCC under the supervision of licensed attorneys. The Paralegal will assist the Office of the Corporate Secretary in administrative functions necessary to ensure that OCC’s Board and internal governance frameworks meet appropriate regulatory requirements, comply with Delaware corporate law, and fit the needs of the Corporation and its directors. The Paralegal will support the Office of the Corporate Secretary in ensuring that the Board of Directors understands and carries out its fiduciary and regulatory duties.
A successful candidate will demonstrate a strong attention to detail and understand general concepts of corporate governance.

Compensation
Salary Range
$76,200.00 - $104,500.00Incentive Range
6% to 10%This position is eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award, for which the target range is listed above (see Incentive Range). The amount of such award, if any, will be based on various factors, including without limitation, both individual and company performance.
