We're looking for a Manager – Delivery & Procurement to join our Delivery, Procurement & Operations team and play a key role supporting ventures to successfully deliver strategic initiatives while managing third-party engagements from sourcing through to contract execution.

About the Role

You'll work closely with venture teams, suppliers and internal stakeholders to coordinate delivery activities, support procurement processes and ensure initiatives progress efficiently while meeting governance requirements.

This is a highly collaborative role that combines elements of delivery coordination, procurement, commercial operations and stakeholder engagement.

What You'll Be Doing

Delivery

  • Support planning and execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Coordinate delivery activities and governance.
  • Prepare delivery reporting and dashboards.
  • Track risks, issues and dependencies.
  • Support teams in applying x15’s delivery framework.
  • Drive continuous improvement in delivery practices.

Procurement

  • Manage end-to-end procurement activities.
  • Support supplier sourcing and onboarding.
  • Draft and review low to medium-risk contracts.
  • Coordinate contract approvals and execution.
  • Support commercial negotiations.
  • Maintain procurement records and reporting.

Stakeholder Support

  • Partner with ventures to navigate delivery and procurement processes.
  • Build trusted relationships across x15 and Group stakeholders.
  • Help simplify governance while maintaining appropriate controls.

About You

You'll bring experience in delivery coordination, procurement or business operations and enjoy working across multiple disciplines.

You'll also have:

  • Experience supporting delivery or project environments.
  • Experience managing procurement activities or contracts.
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery and tools such as Jira, Confluence or Azure DevOps.
  • Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • A continuous improvement mindset.
  • The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
