Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by proactively monitoring and diagnosing issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a dynamic approach to identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions to maintain system stability and performance. The position demands continuous engagement with system operations to ensure seamless functionality and timely resolution of any disruptions that may impact business processes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operation and integration of software components.
- Document and communicate findings and resolutions clearly to stakeholders and team members.
- Assist in the development and improvement of support processes and tools to enhance efficiency.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster knowledge sharing and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Apigee.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with IBM API Connect, IBM WebSphere DataPower.
- Strong troubleshooting skills to analyze and resolve complex software issues.
- Familiarity with API management and integration technologies.
- Ability to work with monitoring tools and interpret system logs for problem identification.
- Effective communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Apigee.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
