Summary: As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. You will ensure the smooth functioning of data center networking technologies operations and provide efficient support to meet the organization's goals and objectives. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Ensure the smooth functioning of data center networking technologies operations. - Provide efficient support to meet the organization's goals and objectives. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues. - Monitor and maintain the performance of production systems and services. - Identify and troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Center Networking Technologies Operations. - Strong understanding of networking protocols and technologies. - Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools. - Knowledge of network security principles and best practices. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud networking technologies. - Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Data Center Networking Technologies Operations. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A BE degree is required.
