Responsibilities:

• You are the first point of contact for key users and end users regarding questions about SAP CX

• You gather requirements, evaluate them together with the CRM Manager, and manage implementation with internal and external partners

• You are responsible for system updates and release changes in close collaboration with IT and our service providers

• You design and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and trainings for optimal use of the CRM system

• You analyze existing processes, identify improvement potentials, and drive continuous system optimization

Qualifications:

• You have a relevant degree or possess equivalent practical experience

• You have solid experience in the design, rollout, and support of CRM systems

• You have very good knowledge of the SAP CX system landscape

• You are willing to travel ocasionally for rollouts, audits, and training sessions (up to 20%)

• You have business fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written
