JR59996 Sr Engineer, ATCQ Engineering Program Management & Integration

As a Global Quality Assembly & Test Program Manager, you will support and drive Assembly & Test Quality Engineering Strategy and Manufacturing Operations leadership by partnering various Technical Subject Matter Experts and Senior leaders across global Assembly & Test site network. This role requires, strong data analytical skillsets, ability to build dashboard, project management, well-polished English communication (verbal and written), people engagement skill , and strategic mind and vision to partner and drive Micron’s high priority key strategic initiatives and Assembly & Test Quality Engineering programs

Key Responsibilities

Drive strategic & quality engineering programs to establish plans, milestones and priorities and ensure regular communications / updates to stakeholders. Anticipate risks and roadblocks, manage program prioritization, timelines, and balance business needs versus technical / operational constraints. You also need to be able to define quantifiable and qualitative measurement to evaluate effectiveness and efficiencies of the key programs, establish system and processes, drive and monitor the programs for successful closure:

  • Must have a strong data analytic skill, coding & script (phyton), dashboard (Power BI/ Tableau etc.) design and development skills
  • Support and drive Assembly & Test Global network management to develop & implement strategic and quality engineering programs that are aligned with Micron’s quality strategic objectives
  • Structure and execute analysis to develop recommendations and drive execution / implementation in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities in business process and cross-functional/regional quality functions
  • Engage various stakeholders from technical experts to senior leadership to facilitate and drive key strategic & quality engineering programs for global Assembly & Test network.
  • Being able to apply project management skills to initiate, plan, execute, drive, and evaluate the project effectiveness

Skills & Competencies 

You must have a strong data analytic skill, coding & script (phyton), dashboard (Power BI/ Tableau etc.) design and development skills, project management skills, English communication skills. It’s a great plus if you have an automation/ process re-engineering capabilities.

  • Strong analytical skills and effective problem solvers, with ability to navigate ambiguity 
  • Excellent communicator, with the ability to manage and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong sense of ownership and ability to work across different functions and BUs
  • High learning agility to quickly understand the value drivers in numerous and diverse types of strategic/ engineering programs/ projects
  • Strategic stakeholder engagement capabilities, including: clear understanding of stakeholders’ needs, problem statement, and value proposition discovery, various types of business/ engineering analysis (good-to-have)
  • Someone who is excited about how their contribution can support to transform how the world uses information to enrich life for all with Micron’s memory and storage solutions

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor in any Engineering or Science (Data Analysis/ Statistics) related discipline
  • Experiences in Technology/ IT project Management
  • Experiences in high technology or semiconductor industry (good-to-have)
  • Experiences working across time zones in multi-functional global teams
