MediCard is currently looking for assertive, dynamic and energetic individuals to fill up the following vacancy:
Leads all commercial, product, expansion, and innovation pillars across the Health Services organization, ensuring alignment with clinical operations and strategic direction from the CEO.
The role builds new revenue engines, expands clinic footprint, designs corporate and consumer health solutions, and oversees innovation pillars, while strengthening operational services (OH Clinics, Wellness, Telemedicine).
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Lead All Business Growth & Commercial Pillars
• Oversee Business Development, Corporate Health Business, and Commercial Innovation teams.
• Build enterprise partnerships and corporate channels (B2B).
• Develop commercialization strategies for both B2B and B2C markets.
2. Product Strategy & Service Innovation
• Lead the Product Manager team in designing health, wellness, digital, and occupational products.
• Create integrated product portfolios (corporate packages, lifestyle programs, telehealth bundles).
• Ensure product-market fit aligned with employer market and consumer needs.
3. Drive Clinic Expansion: Geographical & Service-Based
• Oversee the Clinic Expansion Lead for new branches, renovation, and new service deployment.
• Conduct feasibility studies, growth mapping, and prioritization of expansion clusters.
• Build scalable business formats: mini-clinics, wellness hubs, diagnostic add-ons, workplace clinics.
4. Strengthen OH Clinics, Wellness, & Telemedicine
• Oversee the operations and growth strategy of:
• OH Clinic Services
• Health & Wellness Programs
• Telemedicine Operations
• Integrate physical clinics, digital health, and corporate wellness into a unified ecosystem.
5. Corporate Health Business & Innovation
• Lead development of enterprise health solutions for corporates, brokers, retail and agency..
• Oversee innovation projects (AI triage, digital lifestyle programs, remote monitoring programs).
• Drive differentiated offerings that strengthen Medicard’s employer health proposition.
6. Strategic Partnerships & Regional Collaboration
• Build partnerships with hospitals, diagnostic centers, fitness & wellness companies, telehealth providers, and LGUs.
• Engage with regional AIA health markets for knowledge sharing and scalable innovations.
• Create ecosystem partnerships that drive revenue and clinical capacity.
7. Financial, Commercial, and Market Performance
• Own revenue delivery for all commercial business lines.
• Manage business P&L for products, services, and corporate health portfolios.
• Monitor unit economics of OH, wellness, and telemedicine programs.
