Job Description:

Jr. Account Consultant

The Position

Reports to the Sr. Manager of Customer Experience

  • Understand a customer's current and future needs and determine an appropriate solution to those needs.

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and industry trends.

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell our products and services.

  • Responsible and committed to effectively organizing workload to exceed sales metrics.

  • Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track and manage customer interactions and sales activities.

  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms with customers to maximize sales revenue.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to identify new market opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.

  • Occasional to limited travel required; working at conferences, exhibitions, and workshops.

The Person

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a technical sales or software sales role focusing on new account acquisition and revenue growth in existing accounts for the Enterprise market segments.

  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM software

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Ability to confidently make outbound calls and engage potential customers. ​

  • Experience in telemarketing or customer service is a plus.

  • Ability to understand market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly.

  • Strong negotiation skills to close deals and maximize sales revenue.

  • 2 years if account consultant/manager or business development experience
