About Us: Paytm Money is a Stock Broking Firm, we provide following services to our customers: Investments in Equity, Mutual Funds, ETFs, Bonds, NPS. Trading in F&O Derivative Markets, Market Analysis & more. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our team and drive the success of our Equity Business.

Responsibilities:
* Understand Customer Needs: Know the pain points of a layman user & solve it with UI/UX/UJ. 
* Product Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies that align with the company's overall vision and goals.
* Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitive landscape.
* Product Roadmap: Create and manage a prioritized product roadmap, balancing short-term objectives with long-term vision.
* Feature Definition: Define product features and requirements, ensuring they meet customer needs and business objectives.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
* Product Launch: Oversee product launches, including go-to-market strategies, marketing campaigns, and customer education.
* Product Performance: Track and analyze product performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize product offerings.
Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Analytics: Experience with data analysis and data-driven decision-making.
Revenues: The product owned, will also be linked to Revenues/AOP targets, since this is a senior PM role. 
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field.
* 4+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the Stock Broking Industry.
* Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and agile development methodologies.
* Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across teams.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Margin Trade Funding
* Buy Backs, OFS, CA etc.
