SteerBridge Strategies is a modern technology company delivering innovative, mission‑focused solutions to the U.S. Government and private sector. Leveraging deep expertise in federal acquisition, digital transformation, and emerging technologies, we deliver agile, commercial‑grade capabilities that accelerate operational effectiveness and drive measurable mission success.
At the core of SteerBridge is our people—especially the veterans whose leadership, problem‑solving mindset, and commitment to excellence elevate every project we support. We don’t simply hire exceptional talent; we cultivate it, creating meaningful career pathways for veterans, military spouses, and professionals who share our passion for advancing technology and strengthening the missions we serve.

As the Data Analyst for Program Operations, you will provide essential data support directly to the program leadership team, helping to track, manage, and report on high-priority initiatives. You will be responsible for producing regular status reports, data models, and visualizations that provide clear insight into the progress and potential issues related to key action items. Your work will directly support leadership's ability to make informed, data-driven decisions and maintain effective governance over strategic priorities.

To excel in this position, you must be adept at translating operational needs into clear, concise data visualizations and reports. You will work in a fast-paced environment, responding to leadership requests for data, developing models to track complex issues, and helping to document the processes for managing priority items. This is not a deep-dive research role; it is an operational support role focused on providing clarity, demonstrating progress, and enabling effective program management through data.
