About the team:

This team manage SaaS payment environment. Perform support activities required to maintain a high level of availability and stability for one or more applications including incident/problem analysis and resolution, change deployment and certification, application performance, application operations management and development support.

What you will be doing:

  • Giving support to our global clients whose infrastructure is hosted on public cloud. Perform Day to day activities like User management, Troubleshooting performance issues, Monthly patching of servers.
  • Analyzes and resolves incidents, problems or known errors related to failures in application and supporting software components.
  • Systematic problem-solving approach with excellent communication skills and a sense of ownership and drive
  • Troubleshoot incidents, identify root causes, fix, and document problems, and implement preventive measures.
  • Participate in root cause analysis of production incidents. Participate in non-standard working-time models to include Monday – Friday 24 hours/day, Weekends 24 hours/day

What you bring:

  • 3 to 5 Years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing cloud solutions on AWS platforms Cloud technologies (AWS and Azure)
  • Good Experience in Windows Servers administrator
  • Knowledge and experience with SQL Server Database technologies, Windows security, load balanced applications prefer NetScaler, SNOW for ITSM, Jenkins and Ansible– Automation tool to deploy releases, patches etc.
  • Experience in Automation Skills like PowerShell or Python.
  • Willing to work in 24/7 Rotational Shifts

Added bonus if you have:

  • Resolve – Automation and Process Orchestration tool for auto-failover setup etc.
  • REDIS, ActiveMQ, Docker Swarm or Kubernetes experience
  • Thousand Eyes – URLs monitoring and synthetic transaction monitoring.
  • Dynatrace & Splunk – Application monitoring and Dashboard reporting on performance.
  • ITSM Tools like ServiceNOW
