Summary

Delinea’s Cybersecurity organization is seeking an experienced and skilled Cybersecurity Metrics Analyst to help solve complex data challenges.

The Cybersecurity Metrics Analyst plays a critical role in strengthening the organization’s security posture by transforming complex security data into actionable insights. This role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing cybersecurity metrics, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms that enable leadership to make informed, risk‑based decisions.

The ideal candidate possesses a strong foundation in data mining across multiple sources/platforms and experience in process improvement through data analysis and reporting.

This is a hybrid role, based in Mexico City, Mexico, and reports to the Program Management Manager.

What You'll Do:

• Create and evolve data model solutions for our Cybersecurity program.

• Build and automate dashboards to track key metrics, identify trends and patterns to help leaders evaluate program efficiency.

• Partner and collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business goals, gather requirements, and develop queries, KPIs, dashboards, and reports.

• Build relationships with Senior leaders to develop and support project and operational goals and help shape strategy through data analysis.

• Work with CISO to perform strategic data analysis for executive level presentations.

• Serve as a trusted advisor for data analysis and decision makingi

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, data analytics, or a related analytics function (Master’s degree preferred). Or realated years of work experience

• Strong proficiency with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).

• Experience with Excel/Sheets (advanced formulas, pivot tables), SQL, or

  scripting (Python preferred).

• Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret large data sets.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while focusing on continuous improvement.

• Ability to prioritize, manage competing demands, and meet deadlines.

  fluent in English (spoken and written).

We'd Love to See:

• Strong understanding of cybersecurity services, frameworks, risk management principles, and industry standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, CIS, GDPR).

• Experience with project management or project administration.

• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira, and Confluence.
