Broadridge is currently looking for a Vice President of Software Engineering to join our Global Software Engineering team. In this role you will lead the design, development, and modernization of a next-generation integrated platform, supporting our Global Securities Class Actions business. This platform underpins critical business capabilities, including large-scale data ingestion, data composition, extraction, and loading across global markets.
The role requires experience leading a globally distributed engineering organization with responsibility for building and enhancing new platforms within our cloud-native ecosystem. The VP will leverage their combination of technical depth, architectural vision, and proven people leadership to meet the software development roadmap. It will be critical to be able to manage strategic relationships with our key IT Product and services providers that help ensure systems’ performance and service-level requirements are met or exceeded.
The Optimal Candidate:
The optimal candidate will be a technology leader with strong executive presence and a proven track record of building and scaling high-performing securities processing solutions. They will bring a depth of experience, developing and integrating software solutions onto an integrated platform. S/he will take an independent, hands-on approach, combining technology expertise, business acumen, influencing skills, and results-orientation to build automated, scalable, and resilient systems. The optimal candidate is growth focused, a self-starter, dynamic and able to work effectively both independently and in a global environment.

Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $220,000 - $230,000.
Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
