What would you do? The social media specialist is responsible for supporting the management of client’s day-to-day social media channels and presence to bring to life client’s strategy and business priorities. The role includes social content production and publishing, actively engaging with online communities, analysing social media performance, maintaining compliance and administrative processes.
What are we looking for? - Education: Bachelor s degree in communications, social media, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience:
o Minimum of 2 years of experience managing social media for a large and complex organization.
o Proficiency on social media platforms, leveraging them for successful multi-channel campaigns, showcasing strong publishing instincts and a commitment to high-quality output.
o Strong editorial skills, capable of transforming long-form material into captivating, thumb-stopping content.
o Foundational knowledge of paid social media and understand what constitutes effective social advertising.
- Technical proficiency:
o Well-versed in usage of various social media platforms, including (but not limited to) X, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, etc. and an understanding of the unique features, algorithms, and audience demographics of each platform.
o Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM).
o Knowledge of social media analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics, and Hootsuite Insights.
o In-depth knowledge of Sprinklr and Brandwatch to enhance operational efficiency.
o Strong familiarity with SynOps, Dotdigital and Aprimo is a requirement.

Roles and Responsibilities: •- Support the development, curation, and management of compelling, social-first content for owned social channels, including short-form copywriting for social posts and banners.
- Support the commissioning and production of graphics, videos, and photography for social content, working with both in-house teams and external agencies, while ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Partner with the external communications team and corporate brand & paid media team to develop innovative and engaging campaign activation strategies across global social media channels.
- Foster and manage online communities, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Support effective coordination with key stakeholders to manage feedback and ensure compliance across social media activities.
- Support the monitoring, analysis, and reporting of social media performance using social media listening tools to measure effectiveness of campaigns and strategies and drive continuous improvement. Increase utilisation of social media tools (Sprinklr, Brandwatch) to enhance engagement strategies and push digital-first mindset.
- Ownership of our message bank - ensuring it is current, approved by legal and reflective of business priorities.
- Manage team administrative duties, including account verifications, password updates, guideline revisions, opening new accounts, maintaining Global Teams, processing purchase orders, and handling daily budget administration.
