The Opportunity:

Reporting to the Director, HR Operations - Americas, as the HR Coordinator, you will oversee and manage processes that support HR Operation America's region. You will ensure timely filling of compliance reports, completion of billing and invoicing reconciliation for HR Operations, coordinate/support office events, in addition to providing general office support. You will will liaise and collaborate with the Plasma, Behring and Seqirus business, COE's (Center of Excellence) teams, 3rd party vendors, and other regions as necessary. This is a hybrid role, which requires some onsite work.  #LI-hybrid

The Role:

  • Conducts day-to-day transactional processing in Employee Cloud/Workday and other related HR Systems.

  • Review end-to-end processes associated with HR Coordinator responsibilities and identify opportunities for improvements, either by streamlining or by automation.

  • Supports HR Operations teams with coordination and support office events, office supply inventory and ordering.

  • Collaborate with vendors, as necessary and escalate issues to the HR Operations America's Director.

  • Serves as Subject Matter Expert for HR Operations Invoice and Billing, compliance reporting for example the Sunshine and Labor Statistic, office administration, etc.

  • Collaborates with HRSC Supervisor and HR Operations Americas leadership to ensure support to the HR Operations team is aligned with overall goals and objectives.

  • Responsible for adhering to appropriate HR Operations Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators.

  • Ensure notes, and overall communications are written professionally and accurately detail the problem and proposed solution.

  • Creates, monitors, and closes out tickets in case management tool, as well as work closely with other HR staff members and HR Systems to provide service and support to all other HR Operations.

  • Ensures HR Operations' key objective of trust adheres to accepting ownership for accomplishing business requests building relationship with COE, HR, HR Operations and other organizations within CSL.

  • Assists in identifying areas to improve communications and efficiency of operations and implementing changes.

  • Supports HRSC with service calls inquiries or tickets as needed during peak periods.

  • Builds positive relationship with members of the HRSC, COEs, business and vendors.

  • Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.

  • Performs quality checks of data within scope of the HR Coordinator responsibilities.

  • Provide support to the Interview Scheduling, and Tier 1 teams when necessary.

  • Manage global projects or initiatives as necessary.

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree, in Human Resources, Business or related field; IHRIM and/or SHRM certification a plus

  • 2 - 5 years' experience in HR preferred

  • Experience in HR or Shared Services operations; experience spanning multiple HR areas desirable

  • Knowledge of case management systems and HR Portal technology is helpful

  • Knowledge of Workday, SAP, Oracle, or other HCM system is preferred

  • Ability to guide others through diagnostic and troubleshooting processes, which may include use of several systems and tools and/or following verbal instructions 

  • Experience in Process improvement and comprehensive understanding of cross-functional processes

  • Ability to adapt to fast paced, dynamic and constantly evolving environment

  • Proven ability to effectively and accurately create and maintain relevant documentation and desktop procedures

  • Bilingual, Portuguese preferred
