We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Product Owner to join our Product team focused on Loan Origination and Loan Servicing products.  This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in business analysis and product ownership within the lending domain. You will work closely with the Product Manager to translate business needs into product features, manage the product backlog, and ensure successful delivery of high-impact solutions.

Required Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in (relevant degree) and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or an advanced degree with 3+ years of experience; or equivalent related work experience.


Product Ownership & Delivery

  • Collaborate with the Product Manager to define and refine the product roadmap for Loan Origination (LOS) and Loan Servicing products.
  • Own and manage the product backlog: write user stories, define acceptance criteria, and prioritize features based on business value and technical feasibility.
  • Act as the voice of the customer and business stakeholders during sprint planning and development cycles.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features by working closely with engineering, QA, and UX teams.

Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering

  • Elicit, analyze and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
  • Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with strong proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable user stories and technical specifications.
  • Ensure comprehensive test coverage and support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) efforts.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Act as liaison for your products between multiple departments including design, engineering, sales, and professional services.
  • Facilitate workshops, requirement sessions, and product demos with internal and external stakeholders.

Domain Expertise & Continuous Improvement

  • Develop deep expertise in Loan Origination (LOS) and Loan Servicing processes, integrations and regulatory requirements.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, relevant third-party products for potential integrations and emerging technologies.
  • Identify opportunities for process and product improvements and contribute to continuous enhancement initiatives.
  • Responsible for ensuring that all security, availability, confidentiality and privacy policies and controls are adhered to.

This position requires fluent written and oral communication in English.
