Summary:
As a Product Designer, your typical day involves envisioning and crafting innovative digital or physical products from initial concepts to tangible prototypes. You will engage in creating detailed physical models, two-dimensional and three-dimensional representations, as well as immersive video demonstrations to bring product ideas to life. Throughout the design process, you will conduct iterative user testing sessions, carefully observing and documenting user interactions and feedback. This continuous refinement ensures that the final product excels in both functionality and user experience, fostering creativity and collaboration across various stages of development.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design process by integrating user feedback and usability testing results to enhance product quality.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication to align design objectives with business goals and technical feasibility.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding them through design challenges.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- Experience in creating detailed prototypes using physical, two-dimensional, and three-dimensional modeling techniques.
- Strong skills in user experience design, including iterative testing and feedback incorporation.
- Ability to develop immersive product demonstrations and videos to effectively communicate design concepts.
- Excellent collaboration skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
