The opportunity:
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a customer-centric role! As an Existing Business Representative, you will focus on delivering superior administration support, making changes to existing policies.
You will be a point of contact for Existing Business decisions and escalations, as well as proactively managing cases. This is a crucial role where top-class customer service and an eye for detail is required!
Key responsibilities include:
Carrying out changes to existing policies, following the documented business processes while ensuring a high level of accuracy and quality.
Providing clear and concise information and processing requests in a timely manner.
Identifying opportunities for process improvements.
Taking part in testing and operational meetings to support process development and training.
Working with your colleagues to help each other out and collaborate during busy times.
Contributing to the achievement of all Existing Business targets, including reducing turnaround times for our customer's requests, providing an excellent customer experience, meeting our quality standards, and supporting customer retention.
Ideally, you'll bring:
Experience in a customer-focused/service-orientated environment.
Strong computer literacy.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
High attention to detail.
Exceptional organisational skills where you can demonstrate a strong ability to prioritise and be proactive and self-motivated.
Motivation to develop and learn.
