The position requires the following qualifications and background:
Bachelor’s degree in administrative careers, and/or other related disciplines.
4+ years experience in sales B2B, specifically in financial and insurance sector.
Must be proficient with Microsoft Project, PowerPoint and the Office Suite of applications.
Ability to work independently or as part of a dynamic team in a rapidly changing environment.
Solid project management capabilities and high attention to detail; comfortable working under conflicting priorities and producing key deliverables.
Sound business judgment and excellent problem solving and influencing skills.
Proficient organizational and interpersonal skills.
Excellent leadership, problem solving/decision making and communication skills.
A high work ethic combined with vision.
Impact You'll Make:
Responsible for achieving the annual revenue target for his/her targeted “high opportunity” client base.
Provide timely and accurate forecasts and clear visibility on sales and revenue performance by actively managing pipeline of opportunities and weekly sales forecasts.
Be the face for the most part of the company with key accounts.
Build and maintain senior relationships with all key account players, including an understanding of their purchasing criteria.
Provides sales coverage for accounts with significant potential.
Engages subject matter experts to collaboratively identify, sell, close and manage prospects.
Mentors other associates on sales techniques, tools and best practices.
Consistently demonstrates a high level of competency in key skills and behaviors (e.g. consultative selling, prospecting, and solution development).
Displays advanced industry knowledge.
