About the Role
 

We are on the lookout for a passionate social media enthusiast who has lived and breathed social media in their previous roles or lifestyle. Utilising EG’s news and data expertise, you will bring fresh, innovative ideas to B2B content creation, revitalising EG’s social media presence.

Supported by a dynamic and collaborative team, you will create and implement a vibrant social media strategy that amplifies the EG brand. This role provides the perfect canvas for you to unleash your creativity, strategic thinking, and social media prowess to elevate our brand and foster solid connections with our audience.

Beyond social media, you’ll be an integral part of our marketing efforts, contributing to email campaigns, project execution, brand management, intranet content, reporting, and other executive tasks.
 

Responsibilities
 

  • Developing engaging content tailored to various social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, X, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
  • Utilising data-driven insights to implement strategies that attract new followers and boost engagement across all channels.
  • Interacting with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly, and foster a sense of
    community.
  • Analysing social media metrics to track performance, identify trends, and optimize strategies for growth.
  • Setting measurable goals for campaigns, demonstrate ROI, and provide monthly performance reports.
  • Managing content calendars, including scheduling, publishing, and performance tracking.


Requirements
 

  • Embrace a fun and creative role requiring demonstrable experience of social media with a solid portfolio.
  • Experience in growing your own social media presence or brand would be valuable.
  • Process high standards of attention to detail.
  • Transform skills in visual content creation.
  • A proactive approach to identifying opportunities and addressing challenges.
