Job Description:

Mission:

To drive the digital transformation of Ferrovial Energy by implementing innovative digital solutions, fostering a culture of digitalization, and ensuring the effective use of project management tools like Procore to enhance operational efficiency and stakeholder collaboration.​​

Functions:

• Participate in the development of the digitalization strategy at Ferrovial Energía

• Communicate the strategy with regular stakeholders

• Support construction teams in the implementation of Procore

• Test new modules in Procore or other project management solutions

• Act as a point of contact with Procore to convey identified needs from projects and departments and prioritize necessary developments

• Coordinate the development of training programs and user guides for the standardization of platform use at Ferrovial Energía

• Gather requirements from departments for the standardization of Procore use

• Coordinate data exploitation in Procore

• Promote the digitalization culture

Requirements:

University degree in Engineering 3 to 5 years of experience in similar roles; experience in construction is valued Advanced level of English Interest in the digital field Creativity and innovation, with good communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently
