As Partner Regional Retail Sales Manager, you will be responsible for shaping and implementing the sales strategy for a network of +/- 35 partner stores for a territory in Poland (Mazowieckie& Białostockie) and Baltic Countries. This is an exceptional opportunity to influence the growth of our brand both in Poland and your assigned territory by implementing innovative solutions that will increase sales efficiency and store profitability. Your role will also be crucial in negotiations with partners and process optimization to ensure continued network growth.
