Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Product Implementation Engineer to join our Professional Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for the hands-on configuration, coding, and technical deployment of our Digital Experience Platform (DXP) and Central Know Your Customer (CKYC) solutions.
Our Professional Services team is a high-energy group of experts dedicated to bridging the gap between complex client needs and scalable technical reality, ensuring our customers successfully navigate their digital transformation journeys.
In this role, you will:
Responsibility 1: Lead the development, testing, and deployment of high-quality, scalable code and microservices to ensure the successful delivery of customer-specific product implementations.
Responsibility 2: Collaborate with internal product teams, quality assurance, and external partner vendors to design technical architectures that align with the product roadmap and customer expectations.
Responsibility 3: Ensure compliance with organizational standards by maintaining code quality, troubleshooting system performance, and optimizing backend components across development and production environments.
The ideal candidate will have:
2–5 years of hands-on development experience in Python or Java, specifically within enterprise application development or Software as a Service (SaaS) environments.
Strong knowledge of modern frameworks such as Django, Flask, or Spring Boot, alongside expertise in relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL and Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) tools.
Proven ability in technical problem-solving and stakeholder management, with the capacity to communicate complex architectural solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Technical proficiency in RESTful Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), microservices architecture, and DevOps tools including Docker and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
