Customer Order Specialist

Your role:

• Managing incoming customer orders (systems, options and upgrades), overseeing and coordinating the process to complete and correct the order information until the order is booked in the SAP

• Handling quotation process (preparing offers details, verifying price data, preparing documents for customers)

• Pro-active collaboration with the Account Managers, Project Managers, Product Managers and other stakeholders until the cases are completed and prepared for further processing in the Supply Chain team

• Provide support with further standardizing and documenting the way of working within the sales support team

• Collaboration with Supply Chain functions such as Finance, Planning, Shipping, Sales and others

You're the right fit if: (4 x bullets max)

• Previous experience in matrix organization, within Supply Chain, Master Data, Sales Support/Operations, Customer Service, Finance or Order Management

• Good communication skills and ability to cooperate with multiple functions to deliver results

• Ability to prioritize your work and attention to detail

• Fluency in English language

• Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce or other ERP systems (would be an advantage)

• Knowledge of logistics / supply chain
