Business Operations Analysis - Sr Professional II

About your role:

As a Business Operations Analysis Sr Professional II, you will manage critical business operations processes that support professional services intake, scheduling, portfolio tracking, and delivery readiness. You will work with business leaders, sales, implementation teams, product partners, and other stakeholders to evaluate project feasibility, support operational planning, and improve process performance. Your work helps drive efficient client delivery, informed decision-making, and consistent execution across cross-functional teams.

What you'll do:

  • Manage a Professional Services portfolio from project intake through scheduling by establishing timelines, monitoring due dates, and tracking cost, revenue, and key performance indicators.
  • Review contracts, amendments, statements of work, and related client documentation to assess delivery feasibility, implementation dependencies, and operational requirements.
  • Analyze project costs, projected revenue, business metrics, and portfolio data to support planning, prioritization, and business decision-making.
  • Coordinate with implementation, sales, client support, development, product management, account management, and service management teams to align project readiness and delivery expectations.
  • Execute defined operational procedures using tools such as Clarity, SharePoint, ServicePoint, eCRM, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Visio, and Power BI or similar reporting tools.
  • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements that strengthen intake, scheduling, reporting, portfolio management, and process automation.
  • Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior leaders, through written updates, reporting, and structured discussions.
  • Support project scoping and business case activities through handoff to the Project Management team by organizing schedules, clarifying requirements, and driving timely follow-through.

Experience you'll need to have:

  • 5+ years of experience in business operations, project coordination, portfolio management, professional services operations, or a related function supporting cross-functional business processes.
  • 5+ years of experience analyzing contracts, statements of work, amendments, or similar business documentation to support delivery planning, feasibility assessment, or operational decision-making.
  • 5+ years of experience using data, metrics, and reporting to evaluate business performance, support recommendations, and track operational outcomes.
  • 5+ years of experience working with cross-functional stakeholders, including senior leaders, to facilitate decisions, resolve issues, and communicate project or operational status.
  • Experience using business tools such as Clarity PPM or similar portfolio management tools, SharePoint, eCRM, Microsoft Office applications, and Power BI or similar reporting platforms.
  • Ability to perform detailed analysis, organize multiple workstreams, and communicate clearly in verbal and written formats with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Organizational Behavior, Pre-Law, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.

Experience that would be great to have:

  • Experience supporting client implementations, onboarding, project scheduling, or sales support activities.
  • Experience in financial services, banking, credit union operations, merchant processing, or software and services delivery environments.
  • Experience with proposal development, estimation, or pre-sales planning.
  • Advanced experience using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, or Visio for analysis, reporting, and operational coordination.

How you'll work:

  • This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
  • This role requires use of a computer and audio equipment.

Salary Range

$90,000.00 - $144,000.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey and New York. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
