- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of technical standards with business objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and knowledge development.
- Continuously monitor platform performance and implement improvements to maintain high availability and reliability.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Assets Reliability and Maintenance Management.
- Strong knowledge of system configuration and integration processes within packaged or software as a service environments.
- Experience in managing software releases and deployment cycles to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruptions.
- Ability to establish and enforce platform standards that support stability and performance.
- Familiarity with vendor management and aligning technical solutions with external constraints.
- Skilled in collaborating with diverse teams to drive technical excellence and innovation.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Assets Reliability and Maintenance Management.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
