The Communication Coordinator for Brevant Seeds is responsible for leading the development and execution of integrated communication strategies that strengthen brand positioning, reinforce the portfolio value proposition, and drive market presence.
This role ensures consistency across all communication touchpoints, acting as a key interface between marketing, commercial teams, digital, events, and external agencies to deliver impactful and measurable campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Brand Positioning & Value Proposition
•    Develop and continuously refine the brand positioning for Brevant Seeds, ensuring consistency across all channels and initiatives.
•    Build and deploy clear, compelling value propositions for products and portfolio, translating technical features into customer-relevant benefits.
•    Ensure all communication assets align with brand guidelines and reinforce differentiation and value perception in the market. 

2. Communication Strategy & Campaigns
•    Design and implement integrated communication plans (online and offline), aligned with business priorities and commercial strategy.
•    Lead execution of campaigns across paid, owned, and earned media, ensuring consistency in messaging and strong brand presence. 
•    Support product launches, including pre-launch, launch, and post-launch phases.

3. Agency Management
•    Manage external communication, digital, and creative agencies, ensuring: 
o    High-quality delivery
o    Alignment with brand strategy
o    On-time and on-budget execution
•    Develop strong briefing processes and ensure continuous performance feedback.

4. Events
•    Plan and coordinate communication for events, field days, trade shows, and congresses, maximizing brand visibility and engagement.
•    Ensure a strong and consistent brand presence in the field, supporting demand generation and customer experience. 

5. Digital & Content Integration
•    Work closely with digital teams to drive content strategy, social media, and digital campaigns.
•    Optimize communication based on performance insights, adapting formats, channels, and messaging over time. 

6. Commercial Team Support
•    Provide the commercial team with communication materials that reinforce portfolio positioning and sales arguments.
•    Ensure alignment between field feedback and communication strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

•    Bachelor’s degree in communication, Marketing, Public Relations, or related fields
•    Solid experience in branding, communication, or marketing roles
•    Strong knowledge of: 
o    Brand positioning and architecture
o    Value proposition development
o    Integrated communication strategies
•    Experience managing communication and digital agencies
•    Experience with events and field marketing initiatives
•    Knowledge of digital marketing and analytics tools
•    Fluent English is desirable.
