As a member of the LACA Talent Acquisition team, you will lead and support recruitment efforts across the region. This role offers the opportunity to develop expertise in the full-cycle recruitment process, with a particular focus on high-volume hiring initiatives.

Role Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, evaluating internal and external talent, and extending offers to candidates.
• Support high-volume hiring initiatives and assist with recruitment for other roles as needed across the region.
• Administer and maintain our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Workday, ensuring accurate and timely handling of job postings and candidate offers.
• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies, procedures, and relevant guidelines.

Role Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a multinational environment with recruitment-related responsibilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and solid working knowledge of ATS platforms, particularly Workday.
• Advanced proficiency in English is essential.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively across functions and levels.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks independently.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of multicultural work environments.
