Summary: As an Industry Subject Matter Advisor, you will engage with client project teams to offer your expertise in various functional, technical, and industry-specific areas. Your typical day will involve collaborating with diverse teams to ensure that solutions are designed and delivered effectively, addressing any challenges that arise and contributing to the overall success of the projects. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Analyze project requirements and provide tailored recommendations. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Life Sciences R&D. - Strong understanding of research methodologies and practices. - Experience with project management tools and techniques. - Ability to analyze complex data and derive actionable insights. - Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the life sciences sector. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Life Sciences R&D. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
