Job Description

Exterior & Interior Parts Development 

• Develop exterior and interior parts of vehicle project from physical stage through production according to Nissan development methodologies and processes for vehicle development
• Develop component parts to meet all engineering requirements, create and maintain the component development schedule through mass production, support part evaluation and provide effective countermeasures as required
• Benchmark of competitor vehicles related exterior & interior- related matters
• Validate and confirm supplier’s drawing and part specification to meet NISSAN requirement
• Cross functional collaboration with NML, suppliers and related parties to meet project target

Quality improvement

• Analyze market issue to investigate root cause of issue
• Establish the countermeasure to resolve the issues in actual production
• Participate in quality evaluation and manufacturing activities

Cost improvement 

• Create value analysis and value engineering (VA&VE) activities to optimize processes and costs to achieve target as a plan
• Manage localization parts to achieve quality, cost and delivery target
• Benchmark of competitor & Nissan global model to achieve cost competitive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering of Automotive, Mechanical, Industrial, Production or reheated field.
• 5 years+ of experience in engineering field in automotive industry
• English skills; TOEEC scores 600 up
• Project management skills, Problem solving skills and Driving skills
