Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Mechanic to support daily plant operations through effective maintenance and repair of equipment. The role is responsible for ensuring equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and supporting preventive maintenance programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance (PM) in accordance with the plant maintenance plan
• Carry out daily maintenance and repair work on plant equipment to ensure smooth operations
• Monitor equipment performance and identify potential issues to prevent breakdowns
• Report daily maintenance activities and issues to the Maintenance Leader
• Support troubleshooting and corrective maintenance when required
• Maintain proper documentation of maintenance activities

Requirements

• Currently based in South Korea
• High school diploma or above
• Major: No specific restriction (technical/mechanical background is a plus)
• Minimum 3 years of relevant maintenance experience in a manufacturing or plant environment
• Basic knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment maintenance
• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to follow safety procedures

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in industrial or chemical plant maintenance
• Good communication skills and teamwork spirit
• Hands-on troubleshooting ability
