Job Description
This role is based at our Corporate Office in Menomonee Falls, WI. You’ll work onsite from Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays.
About the Role
In this role, you will monitor the overall health and performance of Kohl’s email marketing programs, leveraging data and analytics to drive actionable insights and optimize engagement. You will play a critical role in ensuring deliverability and campaign effectiveness through detailed reporting and analysis.
What You’ll Do
Monitor and evaluate email program health metrics, including deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, bounce rates and unsubscribes
Develop and maintain dashboards and performance reports to track email KPIs and trends over time
Analyze campaign performance to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization
Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
Guide A/B testing and analyze results to optimize email and mobile journeys and content
Investigate deliverability issues and recommend corrective actions to improve inbox placement
Support compliance with email regulations and best practices, including an understanding of CAN-SPAM
Work with partners to automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks
Stay up-to-date on email and mobile marketing trends, tools, and industry benchmarks
Additional tasks may be assigned
What Skills You Have
Required
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience in email marketing analytics or digital marketing reporting
Proficiency using Google Sheets, Adobe Analytics, Marketing Cloud Intelligence, or similar platforms
Preferred
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Statistics or similar
