Job Overview:

                                  As a Project Lead - Data Center at JLL, you’ll manage end-to-end data center projects, from planning to execution, while ensuring client satisfaction. Lead cross-functional teams, deliver projects on time and within budget, and drive innovation in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Develop and execute project plans for data center build-outs, relocations, and upgrades.
• Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring exceptional service.
• Manage schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure project success.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration.
• Stay current with industry trends and implement best practices.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Strong client management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in project management tools with knowledge of data center infrastructure.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or PMP certification.
• Experience with data center design and construction.
• Familiarity with Uptime Institute’s Tier Standards.

Required Experience:

• 8+ years of experience managing data center projects, including build-outs, relocations, and upgrades.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing client relationships.
• Strong background in data center infrastructure and project management tools.
