Circle K Business Centre in Riga, Latvia is looking for someone who is passionate about people and would like to join our global family as:

Coordinator in Facility Management Team

Type of Employment: 1 year

Location: Riga, Latvia 

Visa requirements: A valid work permit from the EU/EEA (relocation assistance is not provided)

WHAT YOU'LL DO 

• Guest welcoming and registration;

• Processing of incoming phone calls;

• Ordering Circle K BC Office supplies;

• Execution of office operational tasks;

• Main contact point for all employees;

• Management team support and internal events organization;

• Communication with maintenance services;

• Internal maintenance of the premises;

• Supervision of internal security tasks and systems.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED 

• Customer-oriented person;

• Excellent communication skills;

• Fluent English language skills to communicate with business units and colleagues in Europe;

• Fluent ​Latvian language skills;

• Good computer skills (MS Office);

• Precise, organized, and stress-resistant personality;

• Possibility to work full time.
