Salary: £35,454 to £42,262 per annum

Location: London, Corsica Street

Hours: 36 per week

We have an amazing opportunity for a Contracts Paralegal to join our team in London on a permanent basis.

You’ll provide legal advice and assistance in commercial contracts and information law matters and other standard instructions, including but not limited to reviewing and drafting commercial contracts using existing templates, including non-disclosure agreements, services agreements, data sharing agreement, supply of goods agreements, contract extension and variation agreements, in order to protect the interests of Clarion and its Group partners.

The ideal candidate will have a Law degree and/or CILEX Level 6 Certificate in Contract Law with experience of undertaking or assisting with commercial contracts and information law matters. You’ll be required to provide information law and commercial contracts advice and support colleagues to deliver business opportunities related to commercial contract issues.
