RAC Monkey Mia Dolphin Resort is located in the beautiful Shark Bay World Heritage Area, alongside the picturesque Francois Peron National Park. Our resort is internationally renowned for the friendly dolphins that visit the bay daily.

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Front Office Attendant to join our friendly team on a casual basis. This role would be ideal for a local or someone looking to relocate from Perth.

What does every day look like for you?

You will spend your days:

• Providing exceptional customer service at the front office, providing all guests a warm welcome to the resort, and assisting with all aspects of their stay.
• Answering incoming phone calls, aiding over the phone and via email.
• Assisting groups with their bookings and stay at the resort, including for school groups, weddings and events.
• Assisting with general operations of the resort.

What are we looking for?

• Minimum 1 years' work experience.
• Hold a Certificate II or higher in hospitality field or equivalent.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Previous experience in administration highly regarded.
• Previous experience using NewBook or other guest reservation software (highly regarded but not essential).
• Strong time-management, organisation and multi-tasking skills.
