Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. Your expertise and leadership will play a crucial role in driving the success of our applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have Influencing and Advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope. - Ensure the successful delivery of projects within the defined timeline and budget. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. - Identify and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle. - Conduct regular status meetings and communicate project updates to stakeholders. - Ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices. - Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions. - Support the testing and deployment of applications. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs. - Provide post-implementation support and address user queries and concerns. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR. - Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies. - Experience in leading application development projects. - In-depth knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR modules and functionalities. - Hands-on experience in configuring and customizing Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR. - Experience in integrating Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR with other systems. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware. - Familiarity with Oracle Database and SQL. - Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Experience with Agile development methodologies. - Understanding of data security and privacy best practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
