Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of applications and their alignment with business needs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business processes. - Design, develop, and test applications based on business requirements. - Configure and customize applications to meet specific business needs. - Troubleshoot and debug application issues to ensure smooth functioning. - Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Data Migration. - Strong understanding of data migration concepts and best practices. - Experience in designing and implementing data migration strategies. - Knowledge of SAP data structures and data extraction techniques. - Experience with data mapping, data cleansing, and data validation. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Data Services or other ETL tools. - Build the mappings and transformations rules based on the technical designs for the selected migration tool (SAP Data Services, SNP Crystal Bridge) - Unit Test to ensure correct execution - Fix defects found in mappings and transformations rules during mock executions and validations Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP Data Migration - This position is based at our Pune office - A 15 years full-time education is required
