About the Role

高级专员，品牌与公益活动岗

岗位职责：

一、品牌管理及推广:
1、 品牌推广项目；
2、 日常的品牌管理和维护。
二、媒体关系维护，危机事件的预警及应对处理：
1. 协助主管负责全省媒体关系的日常联络和定期维护；
2. 危机事件预防及应对。
三、公共关系项目：
1. 执行总部的公共关系项目在全省的落地执行；
2. 配合公司业务发展需求及产品推动计划，协助主管策划适合分公司的市场和公关活动，并落实执行；
3. 协助主管完成政府机构、其他社团组织发起的企业传播活动和项目。
四、企业社会责任项目：
1. 组织落实全省的志愿者活动项目，并根据各地发实际情况指导执行；
2. 根据中国区的统一计划，负责分公司层面的企业社会责任项目的执行。

岗位要求：

- 大学本科学历或以上，公共关系、新闻或其他传播相关专业优先；
- 5年以上的相关工作经验，有保险行业、媒体工作经验者优先；
- 熟悉公司品牌推广及运作流程，熟悉媒体运作规律，有媒介资源更佳；
- 主动性强，较强的工作责任心，有团队合作精神；
- 良好的沟通和理解能力，良好的中英文表达能力和文字能力；
- 电脑操作能力强，能熟练运用PowerPoint, Excel, and Word。
