We are seeking a talented individual as Manager, Administration to organize and coordinate Outsource Service Provider (OSP) administration and procedures, in order to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency and safety with responsible for developing intra-office communication protocols, streamlining OSP administrative procedures, inventory control, sub-ordinates supervision and task delegation. The successful candidates will report to GO Administration Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Support Section Head of Administration for the following categories:
Vendor and Stakeholder Management:
Manage outsourcing arrangements and Outsource Service Providers (OSP) under Group Operations Administration’s purview.
Develop excellent and effective collaborative long-term relationships with key stakeholders and external vendors to ensure the strategic and operational needs of the Bank are supported.
Facilitate vendor evaluations and assessments to minimize procurement risk.
Leveraging on supplier relationships, negotiate to obtain optimal acquisition based on quality, price and fulfillment turnaround.
Work closely with Procurement team to keep abreast of innovative, efficient and cost-effective ways to improve current work processes to drive sourcing and procurement best practices.
Analysis and Business Initiatives:
Support Senior Management Team in implementing strategic initiatives such as business transformation, environmental/social/governance sustainability and cost management initiatives.
Produce regular and ad-hoc in-depth analysis and reports on total spend and potential savings.
Proactively review existing work processes to identify opportunities and implement process improvement initiatives
People Management:
Lead and coach team members to ensure the goals and service targets given by management are carried out efficiently in a timely manner.
Advocate good governance aligned to the Bank’s compliance standards.
Overseeing staffing/recruiting/training/coaching of direct reports including performance reviews.
Continuously improving team productivity and efficiency of relevant processes.
Job Requirements:
Malaysian citizen.
Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree, Master Degree in Financing / Accounting/Banking, Economics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, or relevant equivalent supply-chain qualification.
At least 5 years of working experience in the related field.
Strong communication (both verbal and written) and stakeholders management capabilities.
Analytical, detailed-oriented and independent with ability to multi-task while delivering results.
Advanced in MS Office and familiar with e-procurement systems.
