Responsibilities:

• Research and resolve all issues related to existing ads policy review workflow.

• Interpret and enforce policies on content or jobs on the platform.

• Remain up to date on key workflow changes, operational guidelines, and policy updates for content or jobs.

• Effectively identify problems and issues by performing relevant research using the appropriate tools.

• Communicate effectively and concisely with internal partners.

• Provide feedback to management regarding necessary changes and updates including but not limited to policies and technical issues.

• Maintain and promote a positive attitude while meeting productivity and quality goals.

• Adhere to internal standard methodology guidelines, processes, and operating cadences as established by the Netflix Ads Policy Team.

Requirements:

• Preferred bachelor's degree in Digital Advertising, Marketing or Business.

• More than 6 months of experience in ad operations, digital marketing, account management, or campaign management.

• Knowledge of media platforms and the technologies that support it.

• Familiarity with internet policy and content policy review environments.

• Strong written and spoken communication skills.

• Ability to work flexibly and to exercise good judgment in a high-pressure environment.

• Well-developed sense of urgency and follow through with assigned tasks.

• Demonstrated capacity for critical thinking and analysis.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Superior time management skills and ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.

• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and on multiple initiatives at the same time.
